- **Cover Page**: $1,500 for international participants, or ¥150,000 (excluding tax) for Japanese domestic participants.
- **Back Cover Page**: $1,200 for international participants, or ¥120,000 (excluding tax) for Japanese domestic participants.
- **Inside Front Cover Page**: $1,000 for international participants, or ¥100,000 (excluding tax) for Japanese domestic participants.
- **Inside Back Cover Page**: $800 for international participants, or ¥80,000 (excluding tax) for Japanese domestic participants.
- **Featured Name on the Cover Page**: $200 for international participants, or ¥20,000 (excluding tax) for Japanese domestic participants.
